Meredith has over 25 years of recruitment and management experience. She has worked for both national and international clients and has placed over 2,500 employees for companies throughout her career. She is the former President of Advanced Search and Placement, LLC, a contingency executive search firm and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) awarded by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), a professional association representing the staffing industry in the United States and internationally. The NAPS certification ensures the provision of quality services by staffing professionals to the general public and to the clients utilizing their services.
